Presentation of the Good Practice: “Regional Innovation Pole of Western Greece”
Venice, December 3rd-4th 2009 – Valencia and Veneto delegations met together to discuss the“Financial Engineering ” and “Clusters Programme” good practices.
The Hungarian Pole Program is a comprehensive economic development program funded by Structural Fund sources with strong focus on the 8 pole cities in Hungary (Budapest, Miskolc, Debrecen, Szeged, Pécs, Székesfehérvár, Veszprém, Győr) and cluster development. Objectives of the Pole Program will be reached through the improvement of the business environment and cluster development.
INNOVATION INFRASTUCTURES – First MINI EUROPE thematic conference in Venice. On September 18th 2009 more than 60 participants have had the chance to share their views and programmes and to compare the different innovation infrastructures models and practices running in several European regions.
